Durham Region reports an increase in transactions

DURHAM REGION, September 10, 2018 - Durham Region Association of REALTORS® (DRAR) President Dennis Roberts reported an increase in residential transactions on a month-over month basis in August. DRAR REALTORS® reported 843 residential transactions, a 6 per cent increase compared to July 2018 with an average 28 days on the market.

Drivers are asked to drive safely in school zones

OSHAWA – September marks the beginning of the new school year, and back to school means more children and pedestrians walking and biking in school areas. The City of Oshawa is asking residents to exercise caution in school zones and to obey no parking and stopping signs for pedestrian and driver safety.
